BUSINESS ANALYST/DELIVERY LEAD:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst/Delivery Lead for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS ANALYST/DELIVERY LEAD - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is part of a large wealth transformation program focusing on bridging business needs with technological solutions. The Business Analyst/Delivery Lead will be responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting data mapping, and managing project delivery to ensure alignment with Finance and Treasury systems.

BUSINESS ANALYST/DELIVERY LEAD - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technology and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and data mapping activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules and monthly forecasting.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including both waterfall and agile practices.

BUSINESS ANALYST/DELIVERY LEAD – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Extensive experience in large transformation programs and GL conversions.
  • Knowledge of QA processes, including root cause analysis and testing metrics.
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis on business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate sessions to gather requirements and create user stories.
  • Document confirmed requirements and collaborate with the Product Owner on User Stories.
  • Provide support to the project team during design, development, and testing phases.
  • Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to achieve expected business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Deliver specialized consulting and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
