Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will provide support to analyse the Fines Reform business domain and document its business, processes, systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the development, monitoring, analysis of requirements throughout the requirements lifecycle, attends checkpoint meetings and assists with responses to actual, perceived or potential schedule changes
  • Identifying, eliciting and documenting business processes, and functional and non-functional related requirements to meet current and future business directions. Supports to refine and improve business processes prior to implementation
  • Identifying, defining, and communicating risks and issues as they arise, identify gaps and potential difficulties and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions.
