What you will do

The Business Analyst plays a key role across the application lifecycle, particularly in the development and enhancement of digital solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, capture and document business processes, requirements and business rules
• Analyse and translate business requirements into viable solutions
• Act as a conduit between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and communicated
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including facilitating workshops, discussions and other requirements-gathering activities
• Develop and maintain documentation to support new and proposed functionality
• Prepare mock-ups, presentations and other supporting materials as required
• Support demonstrations and validation of new and enhanced functionality with stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team
