• Scope of Work
• The Consultant will be responsible for managing the Project Scoping Lifecycle and establishing Program Management governance and ways of working from project initiation through completion.
• Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the project scoping phase and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with third-party partners and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables are achieved within the agreed scope.
  • Assuming accountability for the successful delivery of the Project Scoping and Program Management phase of the Marketplace Program.
  • Supporting the Marketplace Program throughout its duration of one year.
