Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows. Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams. Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses. Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or enhancements. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
