Key Responsibilities: * Work as Techno-Functional Consultant, contributing to low-code SaaS platform development and solution design. * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing SaaS solutions, implement configuration updates or changes, and resolve support tickets * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. * Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows. * Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams. * Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses. * Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
