Tasks:

• Recording, analysis and description of requirements and their current/target states (conceptualization)
• Development of business cases
• Moderation and evaluation of requirements workshops using creative methods
• Collection, consolidation, analysis and specification of functional / non-functional requirements
• Analysis of technical problems and development of action options including strategic assessment and recommendation
• Application of diverse methods of requirements analysis (e.g., user stories, process analysis, modeling techniques, evaluation methods, possibly AI)
• Creating transparency about and clarifying conflicting requirements and achieving an interdisciplinary solution approach with all stakeholders
• Conducting reviews as well as verifying and validating the quality of requirements (traceability, completeness, consistency)
• Traceability, change control, versioning and technical coordination of requirements throughout the entire lifecycle
• Professional maintenance and integration of requirements/results into knowledge management or roadmap/backlog systems
• Technical advice to achieve conformity of requirements with IT target image, IT strategy, regulatory requirements and project status
• Synchronization and coordination in more complex project structures, as well as feedback loops for continuous requirement improvement.
• Providing expert advice to the Product Owner on analyses and market assessments regarding requirements
• Identifying optimization potential in business processes and recommending solutions.
• Development of mocks/prototypes for the integration/visualization of multisensor data
