We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) to support our clients in analyzing, optimizing, and digitally transforming their business processes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to the client. You will work closely with business units, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure project success.

Your tasks

• Recording, analysis and documentation of technical requirements (Requirements Engineering)
• Creation of user stories, functional concepts, process models (BPMN) and requirements specifications.
• Conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders from various specialist areas.
• Analysis of current processes as well as development and evaluation of target concepts
• Interface between business department and IT development – ​​translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and quality assurance measures
• Preparation of decision-making templates and presentations for management
• Active participation in agile projects (Scrum / Kanban) as Product Owner or BA
• Stakeholder management and proactive communication throughout the entire project environment
