Description
We are only considering candidates who are based in Thailand or Indonesia. Team members in Thailand will work in a hybrid arrangement from our Bangkok office, while those based in Indonesia will join us in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging between Cube’s market data and the clients to gain full value from our e-commerce data and provide actionable market insights. As a business analyst, you will manage technical insights and data delivery precision for country-specific markets with one of Cube’s largest clients, a leading global consumer goods company. The relationship spans several markets, functions, and stakeholder levels, and has been growing rapidly since 2023. Success in this role will hinge on your ability to manage and grow this relationship, balancing allocation of Cube’s resources with our commitment to being an exceptional partner to our client. . As an early Business Analyst hire within Cube, you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to define processes, establish ways of working, and shape standards of execution. Serve as Cube’s primary data contact for client stakeholders; proactively manage inquiries, coordinate delivery timelines, and address feedback regarding data quality Take end-to-end ownership of country-specific market data projects, interfacing with internal data analytics team to accurately translate client requirements, validate output quality, and maintain alignment on scope. Develop expertise in the reports and deliverables Cube provides to the client, as well as Cube’s wider e-commerce market data and insights capabilities, in order to best support the client Collaborate with cross-functional data and technology teams to synthesize insights and deliver tailored data solutions that address complex client needs. 1-3 years of professional working experience overall in an analytical, market research, business strategy, or data-driven role that involved in client communication and stakeholder interaction. Excellent written and spoken English skills are a requirement; you will use English as your primary language for internal collaboration with colleagues in an international working environment, as well as for all client communication. Strong quantitative skills and high confidence in working with numbers and data are a requirement; Cube’s insights are powered by large-volume quantitative data sets, which you will need to gain confidence in analyzing Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts or technical project updates into clear, actionable stories for business users Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for conducting data analysis, data modeling, and reporting. Experience in e-commerce is not a requirement but a big plus
Responsibilities
