Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate business and process workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation.
Support requirements prioritisation and backlog management.
Work with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination and issue tracking.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams.
Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project delivery.
Assist with change readiness and user enablement activities.
Identify and document business process risks, dependencies and potential impacts.
Provide regular updates and documentation to programme and project stakeholders.
