Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Analyst with Efiniti, you will work on exciting programs, projects and initiatives across Telco and ICT, ranging from:
· Product and System development projects
· ICT capability development projects
· Transformation projects
· Service Management projects / initiatives
· Customer solution transition projects
· Engineering and Consulting projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to elicit and document comprehensive requirements through workshops, interviews, observations, and document analysis.
  • Conduct “As-Is” and “To-Be” process mapping to identify inefficiencies, perform gap analyses, and define actionable implementation roadmaps for future state operations.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
  • Design, review, and improve business processes in alignment with project objectives, operational efficiency goals, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate and support testing, training, and user acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployment of new or enhanced solutions.
  • Prepare and execute internal audit plans (e.g., bi-annual audits) to assess operational compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with technical teams, end-users, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs and solution delivery.
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
  • Lead internal audits, monitor compliance, report findings to management, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote awareness of customer and regulatory requirements across the business and act as the primary contact for Departmental Quality Officers.
  • Support change management efforts, identifying business impacts and engaging key stakeholders through transition.
