Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support organizational initiatives by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting operational processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and internal teams. The role involves conducting user interviews, analyzing workflows, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system effectiveness. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and operational teams. Conduct interviews and workshops with users to understand current processes and operational needs. Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements clearly and accurately. Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and process documentation. Support process improvement initiatives and assist in analyzing opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements and proposed solutions. Assist in process analysis and redesign efforts to improve operational performance. Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis outputs. Support project teams by ensuring alignment between business needs and operational implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related roles. Practical experience in requirements gathering and process documentation. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. Familiarity with process analysis and operational improvement methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office tools and documentation platforms.
