Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
As an Engineering Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions that drive digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the Fintech, Banking, or Trading domains.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, data integration workflows, and system architecture.
• Experience working hands-on with: Software development and integrations, Change Data Capture (CDC), ETL pipelines and API development, SQL and modern data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with QA practices, automation frameworks, and regression testing pipelines.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Excel, and diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
• Agile/Scrum experience and certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or SAFe Agile preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and take ownership of delivery execution.
