Description

We are hiring a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to support our Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Run-The-Bank (RTB) activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing an existing equities settlements platform, ensuring its continued stability, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and issues related to the existing equities settlements platform, providing timely analysis and resolution
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor settlement workflows to identify and propose enhancements that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between Operations, Technology, and other support teams to address platform-related issues and manage small-scale changes
  • Reporting: Create and maintain key metrics and reports on system performance, issue resolution, and project progress

Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related
  • 4-5 years of experience in an Equities Operations role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience as Operations SME for transformation or system migration projects
  • Practical experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
