Description
  • Key responsibilitiesFacilitate workshops, interviews and on-site engagement sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Map current-state processes, activities, roles, systems and data flows.
  • Capture user insights and translate them into clear, structured requirements.
  • Develop a consistent view of operational activities across multiple functions.
  • Identify process challenges, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support problem framing and risk-versus-benefit analysis.
  • Define and document business, functional and process requirements.
  • Engage with operational personnel, engineers, managers and subject-matter experts.
  • Support the identification and assessment of opportunities involving emerging technologies and AI.
  • Ensure that process and technology discussions consider relevant GxP and data-integrity expectations.
  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to effective knowledge transfer and handover at the end of the engagement.
