Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Payroll to understand current processes, pain points and future requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Document business and functional requirements, process maps, user stories and gap analysis.
• Review the current Workday environment and identify gaps between existing functionality and business needs.
• Develop and maintain the requirements register supporting the ERP RFP process.
• Assist with RFP documentation, evaluation criteria and vendor scoring frameworks.
• Assess vendor responses against documented business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations, workshops and Q&A sessions.
• Support testing and validation of proposed vendor solutions and proof-of-concept outcomes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders and project governance groups.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within complex organisations, involving ERP or enterprise platform programs.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and functional specifications.
• Experience supporting RFP, procurement or vendor evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, HCM or Finance platforms, with Workday experience highly regarded.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver within tight project timelines.
• Experience with Power BI and/or SQL would be advantageous.
• Previous experience within research, education or healthcare environments would also be beneficial.
