Description
We are looking for a talented and skilled Business Analyst I - ERP Technical (ABAP/S4 HANA) to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will be responsible in facilitating technical assistance and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions aligned with business needs across various modules, and monitor KPIs to ensure system performance, solution effectiveness, and user satisfaction. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Implement and maintain codes, applications, and systems by developing, customizing, enhancing, and fixing solutions based on business needs. s. Facilitate requirement gathering by communicating with business analysts and users to clarify specifications and translate them into technical deliverables. Implement systems, applications, and solutions according to agreed specifications, timelines, and allocated budget. Facilitate improvement initiatives by conducting feasibility studies, research, development, prototyping, and proof-of-concept (PoC) to recommend enhancements for existing systems, solutions, and processes. Implement code changes and configuration updates, ensuring consistency and conformance with established programming standards, guidelines, and IT policies. Monitor integration system activities, including scalability, availability, and archiving, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs. Implement and translate technical and business requirements into clear and detailed technical designs. Prepare training materials and communicate system usage by supporting training sessions for end users and team members. Monitor incidents raised by users and ensure closure within defined timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements. Recommend solutions to reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability. Document each incident and newly implemented process in alignment with IT documentation standards and audit requirements. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or related field SAP ABAP Certification (Advantage) Technical certifications in Fiori/UI5, OData, or HANA (Advantage). PREFERED: Diploma: Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience with 5 years SAP ABAP experience Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience with 3 years SAP ABAP experience. JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS: Understanding SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFCs, APIs). Strong programming knowledge in SAP ABAP, including OO-ABAP, Workflows, Enhancements, BAPIs/BADIs. Performing unit testing, code review, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into system solutions. Effective communication with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.
