Apply today to join our Sales Operations team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our data, improving processes, and providing customer insight that helps our sales teams succeed.

· Support sales in using Dynamics 365 – importing data, onboarding users, testing new functionality, and creating workflows/dashboards.
· Analyse sales data and provide reporting/insight to sales and the wider business.
· Participate in customer insight meetings, gathering reporting requirements and developing solutions.
· Work with other Analysts across Esri UK to share best practice and ensure consistency.
· Maintain CRM process/training documentation in line with system changes.
· Support the Data Governance Authority Team, including privacy documentation reviews.
· Vet and administer LinkedIn license requests with the Sales and Marketing teams.
