Essity Health & Medical is now seeking to strengthen our commercial team with an ambitious Business Analyst with sound financial acumen to support our Nordics region, with specific focus on Denmark where you will be located.

This critical role involves providing analysis and visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM is utilized and developed locally. You will liaise and work closely with the Sales Director for Denmark and the local team. Owning and controlling the Rebates process for Denmark will be a crucial task of this role as well. You will work on operational excellence as well as strategic initiatives to ensure high quality data as foundation for our business decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team with rolling forecasts and volume and sales estimates, and contribute to Sales & Operational Planning
  • Support in the budget process with a strong link to controlling
  • Owning and controlling the Rebates process in Denmark and driving continuous improvement, including the calculation of rebates to relevant customers and accurate processing of customer claim files in Essity’s financial and reporting systems
  • Support local sales organization with efficient handling of prices
  • Develop and monitor progress of KPIs. Monitoring of sales activities, visualization of business processes.
  • Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose actions for commercial development
  • Preparation and processing of data leading to the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
  • Create, maintain and evaluate reports from key sources such as CRM
  • Train and ensure implementation of CRM system to drive commercial performance
  • Support throughout relevant tender-bidding processes
