Role overview
esynergy are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring that the project’s goals align with the project needs, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency.

Technical requirements: ✔️

• Analyse a business or business area, taking into account people, organizations, processes, information, data, and technology
• Define success metrics, analyze the impact of change, and identify improvement opportunities
• Identify and elaborate user and business needs for effective design, development, and testing of services and business changes
• Utilize analysis-driven insights to decide on prioritisation and minimum viable product
• Make sure all new products and services meet business and user needs, and are aligned with organizational objectives
