Overview of the role The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing solutions to business problems. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, documenting these requirements, and ensuring that the implemented solutions meet these needs. The Business Analyst will also contribute to improving business processes and supporting data-driven decision-making. What you’ll do 1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. 2. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop process models and workflows. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ensure data integrity and consistency across different sources. 4. Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with design and development teams to clarify requirements and implement solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback. 5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates. 6. Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. What we’re looking for Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
