We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks Conduct analysis of business requirements and perform functional analysis; Propose and document appropriate features; Prepare and maintain related documentation, including business use cases and user stories; Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions through clear documentation, presentations, and stakeholder workshops; Identify risks and issues, and propose effective mitigation strategies; Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, business owners, project managers, and external development partners. University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT; At least 10 years of experience in functional analysis, experience in the labour market domain is considered an asset; At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT development; Experience in release management, including planning, daily follow-up, quality assurance and providing support to the Project Manager; Excellent knowledge of structured methodology for drafting and reviewing business requirements, with extensive experience ensuring deliverables remain aligned with initial business objectives; Excellent command of the English language.
