We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site Your tasks Analyze and interpret business requirements; Document detailed business requirements and specifications; Conduct business model assessments to support strategic decision-making; Perform end-to-end business process analysis; Model and optimize business processes using industry-standard methodologies; Analyze functional requirements and develop clear, structured business cases; Identify, assess, and document project and process risks; Contribute to the creation of Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans. University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT; At least 5 years of experience with information systems matters in multi-purpose platforms (i.e. single information system with multiple business purposes); At least 5 years of experience with large organisation administrative business processes; At least 5 years of experience in Wiki and collaborative sites; At least 5 years of experience in software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile); At least 3 years of experience with analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.); At least 2 years of experience with BPMN and/or UML; Excellent command of the English language.
