Evenica is currently seeking a Business Analyst. We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner that specializes in e-commerce solutions. We’re experts at deploying Dynamics 365 Commerce and we have our own portfolio of IP that compliments the Microsoft technology stack.
As technology leaders in our industry, we help our mid-sized to large enterprise customers achieve their B2B & B2C e-commerce goals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • MS Office suite
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Diagram design software (i.e. Lucidchart, Visio)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and web technologies
  • D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce (Retail) – best practices and key configurations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Required to pursue and stay up to date with training modules, courses, and certifications as prescribed by Evenica.
  • Relevant university or college degree in a related area is an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience of related work experience is an asset
  • Nice to have relevant certifications (IIBA, Six Sigma)
Responsibilities

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Business Analyst is to ensure that client needs and objectives are clearly understood, documented, and successfully translated into measurable and actionable requirements. The Business Analyst will possess problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. They are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIGURATIONS AND OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTATION

  • Perform appropriate D365 and e4 configurations and maintain any related documentation
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Update status internally and externally on deliverables and sprint tasks throughout a project (i.e. tickets and status updates)
