Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering • Work with business users and product owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and walkthroughs. • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Documentation & BA Deliverables • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows/BPMN diagrams, and Use Case Documents. • Maintain version control and structured documentation in Confluence.
