We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com Job Description Design, Develop, and Maintain our Reports: Work closely with the Sales department, Product, and Business Analytics teams of AUTO1 to enable faster and more insightful decision-making. Provide stakeholders with data and business insights, follow up on KPIs definitions and implementation Support Stakeholders with Data Access: Provide analysts and business stakeholders with easy access to well-structured data, fostering a data-driven culture. Build and enhance data workflows, models and pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs in Tableau. Ensure Data Quality and Consistency: Implement testing, documentation, and version control practices using Git to maintain high data quality standards. Consolidate and review existing reports to lift our reporting to a higher level of information density. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BA or other similar roles. Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling, understanding of data modeling concepts for data warehousing. Understanding DBT is a plus. Proficient in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and proactively drive projects to completion. Stakeholder management to gather requirements and share insights, and make business suggestions.
