Requirements What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) Experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or similar roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel proficiency; BI tools are a plus Ability to adapt quickly and perform in fast-paced environments Clear, structured communication skills Spanish or Portuguese (advanced) is a plus This role requires frequent national and international travel with on-site presence at client locations to implement projects. The Business Analyst will work directly with client teams, assess operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency.
