Description

Proven Business Analyst experience in data, analytics, governance, or technology environments
Hands-on experience with Data Governance and Data Quality programmes — mandatory
Experience gathering/documenting business and functional requirements
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
Knowledge of data catalogue/metadata management platforms (Atlan, Collibra, Purview)
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Ideally some experience with Data Access Management processes
Some exposure to Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks
Some experience using Jira and Confluence
Ideally a background in enterprise-scale, customer, finance, or operational organisations
Consulting experience in Data Governance or Data Transformation
