Our Finance Transformation Office partners directly with the CFO to create scalable, intelligent, and automated processes and solutions. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping self-service analytics, building automated reporting pipelines, and enabling smarter decisions across the organization.

• Partner with Finance Organization and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful data- and process-related solutions.
• Collect, understand, analyze pain points and business requirements from various finance teams and translate them into technical specifications and analytics designs; creating pilots / MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and drive their implementation.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and ad hoc reports using tools such as Power BI, SNOWFLAKE, or Python.
• Write performant SQL queries to source and transform data from Snowflake and underlying data sources (like Amazon S3).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives (SNOWFLAKE integration, data pipelines, data modeling, self-service reporting)
• Champion data literacy across the finance function and contribute to our analytics framework.
