ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company with an international presence and strong position in the Greek market, is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) to join its operations Department. 📌Location: Northern suburbs, Athens 📍 Working Model: Hybrid ✔️ Reports to: Business Effectiveness Manager (FP&A Manager) What you will do Actively participate in the company’s Budgeting & Forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning. Design and maintain effective budget models across departments and business units. Analyze key financial data (revenues, expenses, cash flow) to ensure budget compliance. Prepare and present regular financial reports and KPIs to Management. Support GM & FM during Business Reviews with presentations and financial templates. Lead monthly sales forecast meetings, preparing analyses and reports for Sales teams. Oversee CRM (Entersoft/SalesForce) operations related to order processing and reporting. Develop and monitor KPIs, benchmarking sales and financial performance versus competitors. Provide monthly accruals and support the Finance team in month-end and year-end closing. Ensure accurate financial controls and reporting to Accounting and Technical teams. What we are looking for: Bachelor & master’s in accounting or finance or business administration. Minimum 2 years’ Experience (instead of up to 3) Microsoft Office prof Suite – Especially Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Skills: Solid and effective thinking. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently on an established agenda as well as a team player. Ability to collaborate within a multinational environment. Confidentiality. Integrity.
