Description

About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and business transformation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, streamlining processes, and supporting system and risk initiatives that enable smarter, faster decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who brings both technical fluency (for example, ERP) and structured delivery skills (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, change management), and who enjoys translating complex requirements into solutions that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CFO, Finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions.
  • Lead requirements documentation, process mapping, and UAT for finance and procurement system improvements.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial, operational, and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting (ERP, SQL, Tableau, Excel) to provide actionable insights.
  • Support procurement workflows, contract management, and vendor agreements to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Contribute to enterprise risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure alignment across finance, legal, and compliance functions.
  • Support change management and process improvement projects from design to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A few years of business analysis experience, ideally in finance, ERP transformation, or consulting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Background in procurement, contract management, or enterprise risk is an asset.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work directly with executives.
  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Why Join Us?
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact finance and systems initiatives, gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation projects, and contribute to building more streamlined, data-driven, and risk-aware operations
Interview Process
3 rounds of interview: HR, CFO, and Director of Finance. Interviews will be starting only in October
