Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to support financial project portfolio management, including schedule planning and monitoring, cost and benefit control, and reporting, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Support financial project management activities (planning, monitoring, reporting) Ensure proper operational functioning of the Controlling squad, with a strong focus on TAGETIK Provide responsive support to reporting tool users Manage IT and administrative incidents related to user requests Organize and deliver user training sessions Administer and enhance reporting tools, driving productivity improvements Ensure quality, governance, and continuous improvement of finance information systems Provide functional expertise for projects (analysis, testing, training) Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools Act as a key point of contact for finance reporting users and processes Languages Advanced English Intermediate French (spoken and written) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher education (any field), preferably in IT or related areas 5+ years of experience in IT and/or financial project management Mandatory experience administering relational database tools Strong project management experience Knowledge of Business Objects Solid understanding of finance concepts and processes Tagetik functional administration is a strong plus Profile Strong customer focus and service mindset Excellent teamwork and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly committed Strong listening, analytical, and questioning skills Additional Information Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances (oncalls…) Hybrid mode (2 days per week at the office – subject to evolution)
