  • Ability to work independently with minimal coaching from clients.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working alongside other BAs in a collaborative environment.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience with insurance and knowledge of commercial insurance processes and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

FinXL is seeking 2 experienced Business Analysts to join our Commercial team. This role focuses on supporting the release of new insurance products and defining the impacts on systems, processes, and stakeholders. The ideal candidates will be senior-level BAs with strong insurance domain knowledge, capable of working independently with minimal coaching.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new insurance product releases.
  • Assess and document impacts on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Work closely with another BA within the function to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new product releases.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on process improvements and system changes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BA outputs with minimal supervision.
