KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in construction, contracting, or real estate sectors.
• Understanding of construction management processes, real estate operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems in a construction or project-driven environment.
• Strong skills in process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow design.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / PMO standards).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of steel construction and fabrication workflows.
• Prior experience with ERP rollouts, CRM integration, or PMO projects.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on construction, steel contracting, and real estate projects, with a strong emphasis on ERP/CRM implementations, project management, and process improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure our systems and processes support business growth and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements from stakeholders across construction, steel fabrication, and project management functions.
• Support ERP and CRM implementations to streamline operations and improve project delivery.
• Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering for greater efficiency.
• Work closely with PMO/project managers to ensure smooth execution of system-related initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies, system impact analysis, and support off-plan project evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring accurate solution delivery.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system validation, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project outcomes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
