THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in improving and optimizing how we operate at Foodics. This role is all about turning complex data into actionable insights that help us serve our clients—restaurants, cafés, and foodservice businesses—better.
You will be the go-to expert for understanding, analyzing, and enhancing our product research into new features and additions, as well as our customer workflows, ensuring they align with our mission of revolutionizing restaurant management.
You will collaborate across teams to model, document, and refine business opportunities while using your analytical skills to tackle challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Map, analyze, and improve key business opportunities within the Foodics ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to understand market needs and translate them into product and feature ideas.
  • Develop clear documentation and visual representations (e.g., PRDs, flowcharts, presentations, etc.) of workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and monitor their impact over time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify areas where Foodics can innovate and lead.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand the product’s vision and align with them on implementation phases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights that feed the product’s roadmaps.
