Business Analyst for Acceptance Payone

• Analysis of e.g. customer and compliance requirements and their conversion into functional specifications.
• Ensuring integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the required applications and services.
• Design and refinement of the end-to-end solution across our application landscape.
• According alignment with Architects and Product-Owners.
• Coordination of the necessary activities with the delivery units: Development, test and run (deadlines, resources, etc.).
• Working at both the conceptual and operational levels and moving between them.
• Technical and organisational management of the implementation of requirements until go-live and post-migration support (project management).
• Gathering cost estimates during RfPs and project initiation.
• Improving and ensuring project excellence.
• Ensure a proper communication to the relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
