UNDERSTAND BUSINESS NEEDS AND TRANSLATE THEM INTO TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

As a Business Analyst in the GenAI Integration squad, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between innovative AI solutions and business needs. Working alongside Generative AI engineers, front-end developers, and fellow business analysts you will be working on 3-4 concrete Generative AI solutions simultaneously. As we are upscaling our team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the culture and ways of working within the squad, leaving your mark on our innovative endeavours.

In the role you will:

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of our business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize business operations. Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Participate actively in the continuous development of our AI integration strategies.
• Engage in our App2Cloud transformation initiatives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a great communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders – proficiency in English is required. We further expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to work individually and in a team.
This is not a standard Business Analyst role, as it requires a keen interest and practical insights into how Generative AI frameworks operate. You should know how Large Language Models operate and understand both the power but also the risks (data privacy, biases, hallucinations etc.) within. The technology is so rapidly moving that you wish to keep updated on the newest developments.

Ideally you possess:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analysist with a deep understanding of relevant methodologies.
• Demonstrated interest in and understanding of Generative AI technologies.
• Solid problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience with AWS is highly advantageous.
