IT within Airbus is a transnational organization mirroring the Industrial landscape. We are organized in Product and Service Lines (PSL) that have End-to-End (E2E) accountability and responsibility for their IT solutions. Within the PSL ”E2E Planning & Logistics“ you will join the product team “Warehouse Management” responsible for the IT solutions in all AIRBUS warehouses supplying the aircraft production sites.
In close collaboration with our logistics business colleagues we are providing state-of-the-art IT solutions to enable competitive, standardized and robust logistics operations. For this purpose, we have jointly launched several logistics transformation initiatives.
You will be part of an Agile Multi-Functional Team (MFT) designing, implementing, deploying and supporting new logistics IT solutions by applying new concepts and technologies (mainly SAP EWM and S/4HANA, including Warehouse Automation, Internet of Things and Analytics…).

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Professional

• You will conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the business requirements and operational objectives of the AIRBUS logistics department, with recommendations on innovative SAP technologies (Extended Warehouse Management, Automated Warehouse Systems, Fiori, S/4HANA, Analytics)
• You will define and develop the required technical specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and product team members
• You will manage and take part in the realization of new logistics IT solutions in a multinational organization following a joint approach with business and other technical experts based on the agile framework (SAFe) to ensure integrity of the solution delivered
• You will serve as liaison between product Management teams and development resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered
• You will manage and take part in the deployment of the new logistics IT solutions in the AIRBUS warehouses of the different manufacturing sites
• You will identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy
• You will support the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on customer and technical requirements
• You will monitor external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements
