We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support all internal and external egg production activities and sales for our egg processing and production business. This role will play a crucial part in bridging production and sales by providing clear, actionable insights to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
This position requires close collaboration with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure our supply aligns with customer demand and strategic goals. This position will report to the Director of Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, supply planning, or operations - ideally in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with ERP or inventory systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear communicator and collaborator across departments and organizational levels
