Description

Role Overview The Senior Business Analyst (Onsite) acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, responsible for driving requirement clarity, scope alignment, and decision-making in a large-scale data platform / BI migration project. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders (Business, IT, Risk, Compliance). Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and drive sign-off. Lead requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD/SRS). Analyze SAS scripts, OBIEE reports, and data flows. Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting requirements. Perform scope control and CR impact analysis. Support SIT/UAT and ensure reconciliation and validation. Mandatory Responsibilities 7+ years experience in Data / BI / Banking projects. Experience with SAS / OBIEE / BI tools. Strong understanding of ETL and data warehouse. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in regulated environments. Preferred Skills AWS experience (S3, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight). Migration project exposure. SQL proficiency. Regulatory reporting knowledge. Deliverables BRD / FRD Data Mapping Documents Report Logic Definitions Traceability Matrix UAT Support
