PRODUCT STRATEGY AND REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new products, functionalities for the exchange and the blockchain
• Work closely with product managers to define product objectives and translate them into actionable insights and product requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis, identify market trends, user demands, and potential product differentiators.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading, including knowledge of crypto exchange operations, product functionalities, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience using atleast one of the following SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools is a plus(e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management related to crypto exchanges, including AML, KYC, and CFT standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
