REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks and established Change Management Processes

ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are clearly defined, well-documented, and effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and developers to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and workflows
  • Conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather input and identify risks and improvement opportunities in existing business processes
  • Managing requirements changes with a focus on business value, ensuring proper governance and change control is applied
  • Supporting solution design and business acceptance testing to ensure proposed solutions meet user expectations
  • Communicating requirements clearly and effectively to technical teams to ensure accurate solution development and implementation
