We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Business Analyst to join us on a 12-month max term contract, to be based in Richmond to join our Group IT team. Reporting to the Group Digital Manager, you be focusing to understand business needs and turning them into practical solutions—documenting requirements, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to help deliver a key project in our digital transformation journey. You’ll work as part of a cross-Tasman project team focused on the selection and rollout of a Digital Forms platform to improve our operational efficiency and digitise core processes. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working closely with our Australian stakeholders to support the delivery of the Digital Field Forms project. Gather and document business and management requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis. Work as part of a cross Tasman project team, working together to consolidate onto a preferred forms platform Support change management through training, communications, user documentation, and ensuring our high standards for safety, quality, and the environment are maintained. How will you connect with the role? To be successful in this role, you’ll bring proven experience as a business analyst in a large or complex organisation - for at least 3 years, paired with a relevant tertiary qualification. Your solid grasp of business analysis, natural curiosity for understanding business problems, and meticulous eye for detail set you apart. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and know how to prioritise and deliver against deadlines. Your ability to engage stakeholders and understand operational workflows—particularly from a field user’s perspective—will set you apart. We’re looking for a team player who can also work independently, and who thrives in a collaborative environment.
