ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements to be developed into IT solutions. As a liaison between business and IT teams, you will bridge the communication gap and align software development objectives with both stated and unstated business needs, thereby increasing internal customer confidence and satisfaction.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and effectively translated into functional IT solutions, ultimately supporting our Group IT development teams to develop software that drives business success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, business management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), familiarity with tools such as Jira, and knowledge in one of the PM methodologies (PMP, Prince2).
• Experience in process mapping and data modelling. Proficient in user interface design and prototyping. Ability to manage and track project deliverables across a large team to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to present complex technical information effectively. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with MS Visio or similar tools for business process mapping. Experience with SharePoint is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in creating business case documentation and business requirements summaries.
