MAKE AN IMPACT Locations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience: 8+ Years Notice period –Immediate Job Description – Business Analyst + Digital Transformation + Global Banking 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira. Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively. Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication. Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes. Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed.
