Business Analyst

Croydon

Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office

We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join our client in Croydon, South London. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping deliver innovative technology solutions.

The successful Business Analyst can expect:

Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst will include:

* Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

* Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

* Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog to support agile delivery.

* Map data between systems and support integration projects.

* Work closely with developers on APIs, system enhancements and new solutions.

* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage relationships across the business.

* Support testing, solution validation and continuous process improvement.

* Undertake project management activities including planning, tracking, risk management and reporting where required.

In order to be the successful Business Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.

* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban and Gherkin.

* Experienced in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar tools.

* Confident working with developers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.

* Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

* Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

* Experience within e-commerce is advantageous.
