About the job

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
• Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications
• Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
