QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
· 5+ years in federal grant administration/2 CFR 200 compliance.
· 4+ years in a lead capacity.
· 5+ years with Grant Management Systems (Salesforce preferred).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) with compliance for Federal Capital Projects Fund (CPF) grants and 2 CFR Part 200 requirements. The BA will conduct compliance assessments, prepare reports, provide training, and support enhancements to the Salesforce-based Grant Management System (GMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure CPUC compliance with CPF and federal regulations.
· Prepare reports, executive summaries, and recommendations.
· Review reimbursement requests for compliance.
· Provide training and support reporting requirements.
· Assist with Salesforce GMS enhancements.
