As a Business Analyst, you make an important contribution to multidisciplinary teams. You translate customer requirements, customer expectations and other requirements into concrete solutions. You also analyze and assess processes, identify possible improvements, and you provide advice based on your analyses.

Qualifications
An analytical person who gets inspired from working in a team. You enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT and would like to take your career to the next level as a Business Analyst. You are accurate, entrepreneurial and ask questions to get to the heart of the matter.
Thanks to your experience with complex analyses, you have the ability to formulate requirements clearly using all the available information. You know how to hold your own in different corporate cultures and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of organizations. You inspire others to promote cooperation and thus achieve an optimal result.

You also have:

• A college degree in an IT field ;
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch ;
• A proven track-record as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years’ experience;
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Public, Utilities and/or Industry would be beneficial;
• Content knowledge and experience with the Agile way of working;
