JOB SUMMARY:

Join a leading Canadian financial institution as a Business Analyst supporting the Direct Investing Journey. This role focuses on ideation management and end-to-end requirements delivery within an agile wealth transformation initiative. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to shape feature innovations and enhance wealth product offerings in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level stakeholder interactions (90%+ engagement).
  • Proven track record in agile project delivery and full lifecycle requirement execution.

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Exposure to Direct Investing, DIY brokerage platforms, or order execution environments.
  • Familiarity with product ownership or leading ideation sessions in financial technology.

Responsibilities
  • Lead feature ideation and innovation initiatives from intake to prioritization.
  • Conduct end-to-end requirements management for complex front-office wealth transformation projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define current and future states.
  • Own the requirements package lifecycle: planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and sign-off.
  • Act as the business liaison with technology teams for solution design alignment.
  • Maintain traceability and ensure status updates across all phases of requirement delivery.
  • Serve as the lead BA in managing ideation pipelines and business goals alignment.
